Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1 business day (orders placed before 12 PM ET)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the U.S. and select international destinations (availability shown at checkout).
  • Due to shipping regulations, some fragrance products may ship via ground only and cannot be expedited or shipped internationally.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses for certain items that are restricted by carriers.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Perfume Domain is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@perfumedomain.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, we will refund the product price (less shipping fees) once it arrives back to us in acceptable condition. Re-shipping may incur an additional fee.
